Chocolate Treasures is a relatively new company that officially launched in November 2016, since then we have grown rapidly and have had some brilliant sales success with our Sales Representatives. We now have a growing range of products! It all started with the Original box but we now have a variety of jewel products and non-jewel products. We are now anticipating a steady stream of new ranges over the coming months. (Including the start of a dairy free range and other dietary ranges).

Our idea started in 2014. We thought that, by combining Chocolate and Jewellery into one luxury package, it would create a lovely gift idea. Whether for yourself or someone else but with that little something extra!


From the recipients point of view, they will receive a box of beautifully handmade Belgian chocolates and unwrap the stripy foil of what looks like a fellow chocolate, only to discover a dazzling piece of 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery instead! It really is a gift within a gift! When placing an order, our customers can choose either a ring, earring, necklace or mystery box. (The mystery box will require the customers ring size, just in case we choose a ring for them).


They can also make more tailor-made requests in regard to the colour or style of the jewel. For example, a customer may ask for a purple gemstone jewel or they may ask to not receive a green gemstone if they’re not fond of that colour. (This is subject to availability at the time. We will try our best to fulfil preferences as often as we can). Your customer can click on your web link to place their own order or you can place orders on the customer’s behalf.


Once the order is placed, we will send the package directly to the customer.


There are many ways in which you could promote your new venture.


Most of our current Sales Representatives use the power of Social Media to advertise, Facebook and Instagram are a huge way to promote as our products are so visual.


Please Note: If you do set up a Facebook group or Page it must be separate to any existing companies that you may already work with.


Other ways in which you can promote include:

  • Gift, Craft or Food Fayres
  • Local Leaflet dropping
  • On your own website
  • In stores (if you have your own shop)

Commission – You will receive 25% in return for your orders placed on the Chocolate Treasures website. (Excluding P&P and Clearance lines)

Commission is received in two ways:

  1. Organic Sale—When a customer orders through your own web domain you will receive 25% of the order value (Excluding P&P and Clearance lines) we call this an ‘Organic’ sale. (The customer pays the Full RRP for a product and we pay you on the 28th of each month Via PayPal)
  2. Rep Sale—When YOU place an order through your back office this is done with your 25% commission already included, you will then charge your customer no more than the full RRP and keep the difference as your paid commission. We call this a ‘Rep’ sale.

Incentives – Any Incentive Chocolate Treasures runs will be in addition to your  standard commission. From time to time we may offer to increase your commission if your sales figures are at a certain level. To Be Confirmed.

Calculations For Organic Commission – Your commission, although paid on the 28th of each month** will be calculated between the 15th -14th of each month. For example – If you sell a product on the 13th we will pay you on the 28th of the same month, however if you sell a product on the 16th then commission will be paid the following 28th***.

**Commission is paid monthly on the 28th of each month* however if the 28th should fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday it will be paid the Friday before the 28th.

***PLEASE NOTE: We will only issue an automatic Bank Transfer once your commission reaches over £10.00. Any payments under £10.00 will rollover until a minimum of £10.00 is achieved. No payment is due if not reached over £10.00 within a 12 month period.

Targets—In order to remain active as a Chocolate Treasures Representative, we ask that a minimum of one order is placed per calendar month. This order must include a Chocolate product(s). There are currently no fee’s or penalties if your targets aren’t achieved but we may deactivate your account if targets aren’t achieved within two consecutive months.

We will help and support you in any way we can to achieve your targets.

We will also run sales incentives so that you can earn even more money, vouchers and prizes!


All of our Sales Representatives will join the official sales rep group. We use this to communicate with everyone in the same place but it’s also an  opportunity to speak with other reps, get new and inventive ideas and use any images that we share on your own Facebook group.

  • Once the Business Starter Pack has been purchased we will contact you within 24 hours to get you set up. (although it’s usually a lot sooner)


  • We will email you a sales agreement to read and sign. (electronically)


  • Once we’ve received a signed sales agreement we’ll email again with your web domain and back office log in details.


  • A company Representative will be in touch with you to help get you started!


  • We’ll ship out all of your Business Starter pack ASAP, however there’s lots to get ready whilst you wait.
