What type of jewellery comes in your products?

Our Jewellery is all 925 Sterling Silver and our products come with either a Ring, Earrings or a Necklace.

Can I select my ring size?

Yes you can! Our ring sizes currently range from J to Q

How will I know the value of my jewel?

All of our jewellery is valued by us and will have a price tag ranging between £10-£250

What is the difference between your collections?

Our products are split into ‘jewelled’ and non-jewelled collections. In each collection, there will be sub categories and a steadily growing range of yummy chocolatey goodness to choose from! We will have products available for ladies and gents (of all ages), and children.

Do you cater to any dietary requirements?

All the products we stock are suitable for vegetarians. Our aim is to eventually cater to as many dietary needs/requirements as possible as we don’t want to limit who can try Chocolate Treasures. Including: Gluten free, Dairy free, Nut free. If you have any suggestions on dietary needs you would like us to consider, please contact us to let us know.

What if I don't like the jewel I receive?

We would really love for everyone to be thrilled with their jewellery, but we know that unfortunately, this might not always be the case. The nature of our products is to surprise the recipient with a ‘Hidden Treasure’ and the jewel received will be chosen randomly. Although we can’t guarantee a jewel you will adore, you can add a preference at the time the order is placed. E.g. A purple stone, something delicate/blingy, and we will try our best to fulfil the request.

Can I request a specific jewellery colour or style?

Yes! If you would like to add a preference, you can do so at the time of ordering by filling in the ‘Preference’ box. You can ask for specific colours E.g. a purple or blue stone. Or you can make other requests like: Something simple/elegant or something super sparkly/blingy. We will always do our very best to adhere to your requests but please know that this is purely subject to availability and there may be times when we can’t give you exactly the kind of thing you’ve asked for.


How long will delivery take?

We aim for you to have your order within 5-7 days of purchase. During busy times, delays are possible, especially near to Christmas, Easter etc.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered 1st class by Royal Mail.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders over £95.00 will include free delivery which will be automatically added at checkout.


All other orders will cost £5.95 for delivery.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

You should receive your package within 5-7 working days after the day you order. Please wait 10 days before reporting a missing parcel. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, please contact us and we will track it for you.
